Does Anarti Therapeutics ship to all 50 states?
Yes! Anarti Therapeutics products are sold and shipped to all 50 states.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship outside of the USA.

Can I get it shipped to a P.O. Box?
All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards.

When will my account be charged?
Your account is charged upon order placement, unless otherwise noted. This includes items shipped immediately, personalized items, and preorder items. Any subscription items are charged when shipped on frequency set up by you.

When will I receive my order?
We will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm PST on the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Once it ships, we will send you an email with a link to track your exact delivery date. Orders will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. For USPS Priority orders, your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
As an e-commerce company based in the U.S., we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time and depend upon the state to which items are being shipped. The sales tax is calculated once you enter the shipping address.

What is your return policy?
We understand the products may not benefit everyone. We will accept returns, for the first order only, unless damaged, for a refund of the purchase price you paid, in the original form of payment. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We may also offer “returnless” refunds on a single item in some circumstances, with the condition that you do not avail yourself of any first-time discounts on any reorder.
Returns need to be made within sixty (60) days of receiving the products. To place a return, contact us on the form below, or e-mail support@anarti.us and we will help you take care of the return and refund.

If you have set up a subscription, and do not want the recurring shipment, it is your responsibility to cancel the recurring shipments as they will not be eligible for return, unless damaged.
